About Me

I'm a frontend-heavy fullstack engineer based in Nigeria. Most of my time goes into building polished, fast interfaces for web and mobile: the small details people feel but rarely notice, like smooth transitions, thoughtful empty states, and layouts that just work.

I'm very proficient across React, Next.js and React Native, and comfortable going the rest of the way down the stack with Node.js, NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL when a product needs it. That range lets me take an idea from a Figma frame to a shipped app on my own.

  1. Full Stack Engineer

    StrategyConnectPresent

    May 2025 — PresentFull-timeDubai, UAE (Remote)

    • Built the editor for Marvin (consultmarvin.com), StrategyConnect's AI deck builder: text, shape, table, and chart editing, a streaming AI chat panel with session and stream management, plus undo/redo.
    • Shipped the PPTX and PDF export pipeline: an SSRF-guarded image proxy, SVG shape rendering, and theme-accurate color and border resolution, so exports match what's on the canvas.
    • Wrote Marvin's theme engine — it reads a source deck's color scheme, maps each hex to a theme slot, normalizes contrast, recolors gradients, and backfills fonts, with support for uploaded custom themes and migrations for older documents.
    • Authored the marvin-converter that translates PowerPoint into Marvin's compact JSON and back, flattening nested diagram and group containers and handling charts, tables, and markdown.
    • Created the building-blocks system: a library of consulting frameworks (issue trees, operating models, staircase layouts) with an expander that fits blocks to the canvas while keeping their aspect ratio.

    • Built the social-insights dashboard for Uri Creative — account, keyword, and hashtag trackers with an AI insight chatbot and generated reports.
    • Added team management (invites, roles, member editing) plus usage limits gated by feature flags and API-driven tracker quotas.
    • Shipped guided product tours across the dashboard, alerts, leads, and report generation to onboard new users.
